Steve D at i-cycles for me too. Not to say there's nobody good but he's absolutely first class, and a good guy to boot. You do have to be kind of clear about what you want, otherwise he's inclined to do what he thinks is best not necessarily what you prefer. But that's OK, you just need to make sure you cover it.
+1 for Fall Line. Nic has worked in the Hub and Alpine and been around for years so don't worry about it being relatively new.
