Hi,

Mrs Geordie has started to take our young 'un to nursery along the canal tow path by bike. She originally had Time Atac pedals fitted, but with the need for more safety and peace of mind, she'd like to stick some flat pedals on.

Can anyone recommend something suitable please? I have Wellgo MG1s on my Blue Pig, but realise these are overkill. Something not too big, not too expensive and fairly grippy (she'll be wearing trainers for the commute). If they're easy on the eye, so much the better, as Mrs Geordie does have an eye for detail.
Cheers guys and gals,

Andy

Thanks Bregante.

Anymore for anymore? Perhaps something a wee bit sleeker (and lighter?)

Bumpety-bump for the daytime crowd.

Sleeker and lighter you say?

On a more realistic note: How about some Superstar ones?

I was thinking Superstar myself, but wondered whether they'd look like the equivalent of clown shoes on a commuter bike.

That said, they'd certainly provide plenty of room and give Mrs Geordie the safety she needs.
