[#13535444]

My latest delivery from Peaty's came with a beer mat seemingly signed and with a message from the man himself.

Are they legit? I'm sure he's a very busy man but it's a nice touch if he finds the time to do this from time to time.

My last delivery came with a Cadburys Cream Egg. Also a nice touch, but one that didn't last as long....

Have a couple, think he writes them. There was a post on FB where someone was saying they love it when they pay £50 for a signed beermat and get a load of free cleaning products thrown in 🤣

Peaty put a laughing emoji IIRC

I got the beer mat - didn't realise it was signed until about a month later...

I got one with some valves - assumed they were just printed and all the same.

A nice touch. 👍

I bought a job lot of degreaser and sealant at the back end of last year and got a signed copy of his book thrown in (I assume on purpose 🤣 ) I think there was a mention on the site that orders over 'x' would get a signed beermat/postcard/book at that time.

Funnily enough when I went to Morzine in 2018/19 when the World Cup was on he was there with Loris Vergier and Luca Shaw doing a Syndicate signing, I walked over and got Peaty to sign my helmet (ooh-err) and immediately felt bad as the other two had assumed I wanted them to sign something and looked quite crestfallen.

Seems it is legit then. What a guy. They also have an option at checkout to donate to Martyn Ashton's new charity as well - Rideable Now. Well worth chipping in.

book at that time.

If that isn’t the title of Rob Warner’s autobiography, a crime has occurred.
