Ah, a gear hub. Sorry, I got all excited then. Think a rohloff will be working better than external gears this weekend.

That Hathersage road closure is just for 3/4 hour or so early afternoon, so certainly wont affect getting to the pootle.

I *may* be able to get along to this one ๐Ÿ™‚

I have a pass for Saturday (thought I'd have to work) but I shall be bringing a sort of glorified road bike. My CX.

I can hear Jules re-planning his route suggestions even now to include every rocky descent in the area...

Just been for a quick loop and the valley is looking green and lush. The trails vary between mud, washed out rocks and triffid alley. Beware the monster nettles! ๐Ÿ˜€

hey,
i'm new to single track and contemplating coming along on saturday for the pootle as i only live in sheffield... as long as im not called out to work too many times the night before. only just started biking novemeber last year though so not very good.
