If anyone's heading over to coed y brenin this weekend, we were there today and the car park & visitors centre are closed due to snow/ice.

Don't let that put you off though - we parked down the road and did the Dragon's Back - haven't had so much fun there for ages. There's a fair bit of snow in places, especially up top but it's all rideable and fantastic fun ๐Ÿ™‚ . Some if the descents need caution but it'll certain improve your bike handlng skills ๐Ÿ˜‰

Road up to centre is still closed. But parked a butt further down the road and did most of the beast route..SUPERB fun!!!!

What a fantastic weekend....crampontastic snowdonia and then a sneaky bike ride on way back home now.

I made my first trip there this weekend with a mate ('Endo' off here). Got there on Fri before the worst of the snow but the car park was already closed. Trails were nice and quiet though - shame MBR and The Beast were shut in parts.
