Am heading off to Gwydir Forest in a few minutes - aiming to do the Marin trail from the main car park. I haven't been for a year or so and can't remember how much it costs to park. Any idea? I need to get some change!!!

Last time I went there were no ticket machines?
Ticket machine has been knackered for a couple of years...may have even been removed now (stopped looking for it tbh) If you venture to Penmachno though (well recommended) drop a few quid in the honesty box by the gate if you can 😆
It's free now! Apparently the ticket machine was never replaced.
Had a bit of a mare ... tried it with cleats for the first time and wasn't really ready for some of the singletrack descent. Maybe stick to flats for this sort of thing for the time-being 😳
Not been to Penmachno for a couple of years, bur will be back over the summer. Fond memories, despite getting lost.
