[Closed] painful lump in knee-is it from biking??

Hi all, i do alot of riding. I been having a slight ache in left knee for awhile however its now turned to painful. The pain is in the front inside of knee and now ive found a big lump that comes up from the back of knee. How to decribe it is difficult, however when i fold my leg back behind itself as if to stretch out my quads (the big muscle top of leg i think thats it) i can feel a twinge so when i then straighten the leg and stretch the calf a painfull lump appears in the rear of knee near to where the muscle is....shit this hurts im off to the docs but i have no faith in them. So has anyone had a similar prob and could it be from my biking?? Hmmm lets hope not
