I have just bought a used 2008 RP23 for my 2007 Orange 5. Can someone with a similar bike tell me what the compression and rebound setting tune is on theirs? Also, what size are the mounting bushes and where is the cheapest place to source them? Thanks

Mounting bushes are 22x8mm, compression setting(if I remember correctly)was originally set to low, and later set to high as some riders felt the Pro-Pedal wasn't effective enough.Shock settings are obviously a personal thing, but for what it's worth, mine is set to low for compression, and the rebound is 2 or 3 clicks back from maximum(so you can just about feel it taking effect when you bounce on it.)
