I'm really not looking forward to threading the break cable through the swingarm! Took me hours last time and needed a full bleed!
Vacuum cleaner, length of string, pull it through..,
It's a doddle, just tape it to the supplied rod that I can see in the gear cable hole..
But obviously thread the rod into the brake cable hole first..lol
Nice. The new top tube is a lovely shape, eh?
They are very nice in the flesh, but sat next to my Mk1m the Mk2 looked really long.
As daft as it sounds I'd not thought about using the gear cable piece afterwards in the brake side!
Ha what an idiot!
Its easy to thread brake cable front to rear and use a bit of garden wire to fish it out at the inside hole.
I used a very old brake pipe threaded front to rear and then pulled the new one through with this
