How is the asr5 compared to a 5? I have been wandering about these tow for some time. I like the asr but stories of larger riders like myself (116 kg) snapping seat and chain stays is putting me towards a 5 at the min

I'm not pretending to know you but I think you seem to overreact to some things. You come across as not seeming to live in the real world, and sound like you have been sheltered (in a way). Some of the opinions (the ones I have noticed) that you have shown are a bit odd. I do hope to meet you if this non-trail centre ride happens to see what you are like in person. I wonder if some of your opinions might be changed if your horizons are broadened. I hope that this potential ride in the Peak will broaden your horizons and help you to understand that one persons fun is another's boring and one persons dangerous is another's fun.
