My mate is just getting into biking so we took him to Laggan and after 15 mins of convincing him, he took his first shot at Airs Rock...
Convinced him all would be good and he would be "buzzing" after running it........

Ooops
And one of the other boys rear brakes sheared on airs rock at high speed!!!
That was caught on video and is class.

Reckons he might have cracked a rib and has a bit of a sore chest....
Lucky he only bought knee pads on friday!
At least he never wimped from doing it...that would have been much more pain!
