[#2168009]

commuting in this morning and got rear ended at a roundabout.

i hesitated due to some one coming from the right taking a racing line; being in the right hand lane to take a left. the car behind me missed the hesitation and hit me quite quickly - i went up on the bonnet and then got dumped onto the road when she stopped.

landed on my coxyxx which is quite sore.

don't know why i am posting really!

Must have been one hell of a shunt for you to end up on the bonnet!

Phone the police and reportthe accident,

phone a cycle claims solicitor,

Go and see a GP, and expect aa examination, a bit intimate like,

Oh and its a real pain in the arse.

Best wishes.

Mate of mine was left unconcious in the road with a suspected broken neck after being hit by a car from behind. Last thing he remembers is his back hitting the top of the windscreen.

should be ok for the bivvy next weekend - not sure about the 'not a race' time trial this week ;). as i own the official stopwatch; i might have to come along as a 'not a race' official!
