Hello, my old all rounder Kona Kapu has just cracked right through at the chainstay / dropout and I need a new frame or bike. The On One Pickenflick looks a bargain at a grand in the self build option. Any reasons not to buy one?

Any advice on sizing? I am 6'1" but seem to prefer a shorter top tube for knackered hands/wrists - I had a large Whyte Charing Cross and was never comfortable on that. This looks a little more traditional with a large 56.5cm frame having 57cm top tube.

I was tempted a while ago as a replacement for both road bike and CX/'gravel' bike but I read of too many cracking. PX customer services don't have the best reputation. If you're willing to take a punt then they look at a great bike!

funnily enough, just had a tweet from them saying it's now £40 a month interest free credit

be quick before the price doubles tomorrow

I have an older PX titanium one, and I'm a large. I'm 184cm tall.

I'm 6' with a 32" inseam and have actually owned both the 58/57 and the 55/56.  I preferred the 56.  I too like smaller road bikes.

I like them but hate now they're specced with Avid BB5's, FFS put some good brakes on it and I might get my wallet out.

Had mine since January and really, REALLY like it. Runs nicely as a road bike with 28 slicks. Currently running 700x42 Continental AT ride and it's a hoot off road.

I'm 5'9", ordinarily would probably size to a medium but went for the small, sat on the M in the shop and top tube way too long for me.
