It always seems to come around too quick, the longest day this year is the 21st of June. My ride last night was the first ride of the year when I didn't need the 'big' lights. Normal night rides I put a big light on my bars and one on my head, didn't bother with the head light last night and ended in twilight at 9.30pm with just needing the handlebar light for the last part on the road, absolutely fantastic. It was only a short time ago that rides starting at 7pm would require both lights on full from the start.
How sweet it would be if we could ride in daylight till half nine all year round.
This ocurred to me last night, had me making some plans to make sure I get some evening rides in.
Yep, been having some awesome evening rides this year, especially with a couple of nice dry spells meaning the local trails haven't been a complete mudbath.
wish the summer would hurry up and arrive (have my heating on atm 🙁
