Hope to see £999 spec build completed tomorrow.
Reverb, Revelation RLT, Deore 2x10. It's lovely.
A worthy replacment for the Scandal.
No singlespeed option yet, but it's noted. We have a plan.

It's a tiny bit over my budget, but goddammit I'm having that.

How long to preorder? Then what, 3 weeks build time?

A competitively-priced singlespeed option would be nice. You'd not be able to keep up with orders!

This could be my entry in 29er. Any estimate of the complete build weight? I'm interested in a bike I could race but also a woodsy fun bike. Like a lighter HT Codiene for example.... 🙂

There was one in the showroom today when I went in. Not in the market so didn't check if it was buyable.

It's now on the site - http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/CBOOPWDEO/on-one-parkwood-shimano-deore-mountain-bike

Though the site is being daft and won't let anyone buy one... Someone is poking something with a stick.

looking at the photo is the cable outer shown for the front mech swinging in the breeze or does it attach to the seat tube?

Edit - it looks like it comes from the top tube, but is unattached and loose near the rear wheel

FD is an HDM type which has a cable stopper built into the FD body.

Brant - looks like the stem only comes in 1 size? Can you confirm?

The reason I ask is that I am 6ft and therefore either going to be med or large.... hmm the decisions we have to make 🙂

ps no dates on delivery yet?

Currently have an inbred 29er and the spec of the parkwood looks awesome for the price. Shame they don't do an XL 🙁

Wow that price is crazy cheap for the spec, what's the catch?

There's no catch, they cost less because there's less hands taking a slice.

Had my heart set on an evo 456 for ages. Eventually selling my "spare" bike so I could push the button and this comes along. Thanks for muddying the waters On One.

Brant, what wheelset will these come with? The specs on the site are saying On One wheels but the picture shows Deore MT35?

Was £249.99 20% off

Isn't there a law against pretending something has previously been on sale at a higher price?

I hope there is a law, as that means I can get whoever did this at our place arrested.

I hope there is a law against that too. As the wheels I saw on the bike were very Shimanoey in appearance.

I hope there is a law,

Not sure if it's law, but there is government guidance, section 1.2.3b:

A price used as a basis for comparison should have been your most recent price available for 28 consecutive days or more;

Hi Brant. As I mentioned above I'm looking to buy a hardtail and possibly go 29er for the first time. What sort of weight is the parkwood build coming in it? The bike will also be used by my other half occasionally so I don't want anything too heavy. I've already crossed the 456 off the list as I read it comes in at 31pound. Is that accurate?
