Right, ive just placed a deposit on a Lurcher but checking On One's website yesterday i see the 29er Race is now online, does anyone know if it's worth changing? i know the race is 'slightly' lighter but how do they compare to ride?

The Lurcher looks like a de-badged Specialized. That red and white does it no favours at all.

Depends on usage. I'm not aware of a weight limit on the Race, but worth checking. As mentioned, Lurcher is a bit more of an all-rounder, with flexibility to run SS. I have a race, love it, a great XC bike.
