They have a large shipment of stock in and some of it is out of stock within a week, so at least some of the stuff must be selling well but they still need to do unbelievable offers like this http://www.on-one-shop.co.uk/?p=2622

How big exactly do you think the market is for Ti 29"ers?

Yes but they were doing an awesome deal on the ti 456 with a free pair of RS forks the other day too!

It seems to me that they're in danger of devaluing their products. Would you considering buying a full price Ti On-One if you weren't getting a bunch of free stuff with it now?

Considering I ordered a pair of forks on 27th of June, I haven't got them yet and they won't be here for a week they will not be getting my custom again. Cheap - yes, good customer service - no.

Displeased of Sheffield

Not to worry, it appears I just imagined the whole tweet thing anyway. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yeah - it seems to have vanished. No - it was odd. I was going to buy a really nice sofa, but didn't, then went past this morning and they've done some sort of mega sale where you get a carpet, and a TV cabinet, and a standard lamp and all this stuff with it.

Now now - not very "PC" mocking your old company is it? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I just recommended someone look at a v-braked geared inbred in the other thread. I'm not mocking anyone.

I bought my new sofa from Lovicks in Rochdale anyhow.

Then the dog ate it.

Bit out of order, imo. Though it can only be good for us "consumers/guinea pigs" as Shedfire and On-One think of new ways to out do each other

lol @ this thread ๐Ÿ˜€

Ti456 + free stuff is a mighty bloody bargain imo.......

Well done On One ...

I'd even consider a Ragger Ti if there was a sofa offered free with it ๐Ÿ˜€

If things continue the way they are, we might be offering free greyhounds.

Note to self, stop doing brilliant deals, people don't like it.

We do have some new frame designs, its just our "two months" aren't earth months. it takes time to create perfection.

Gareth, I'll have a word with Adrian and see what the score is. I believe the issue lies firmly at the feet of Royal Mail.

Brant, Specsavers say you need your eyes testing and Tesco have some deals on wine you might like. you don't half get a lot of junk mail.

oh dear oh dear. Stick an ad on the classifieds for a cheap 29er to dip my toes in the water and two days later along comes a cheap ti29er to match the ti456 in the shed.
dear oh dear.

dear oh dear.

I really did like the Ti29er. I guess it was the last design I worked on there, and was a culmination of a lot of stuff. I rode one, once for about an hour. Really nice.

If you didn't work in the industry do you think you'd bother riding bikes?
It comes across that you're into the design and problem solving more than anything else..

IN YOUR GARAGE!!!

it should be in the outside being used

I could hear Mark at Lynskey shaking his head in despair when he read my email about running silly forks on the TI 456 frame.

Vinnyeh. What I mean, is that I rode a Ti 29er for an hour once. Before it got passed on to Rod Mason for further evaluation, and I went back to my regular Slot Dropout steel one.

I'm riding 3-4 times a week right now. I'd certainly be riding if I wasn't in the industry, though can't for the life of me think what else I could actually do.
