Hi guys

I'm tempted by the 456 frames for sale in the On one sale. I want a bike for playing in the local woods and occasional trail centre trip and not day log epics and to generaly have fun with and get back into riding.

What size would be best? I have 30" long legs and 29"trunk and 5'7" overall.Your input would be great

Problem with on one sizing is the 16, 18 and 20 are all quite closely spaced sizing wise, but the 14 is tiny.

At 5ft7 I'd say a 16 with a shortish stem. The 14 would feel tiny!

I'm 5'5" with 28" inside leg and have a 14" frame, so I would suggest going with a 16".Get one bought!
HTH.

It's true. It's even too tiny for me (5' 4 1/2")!

16" and go with an inline seatpost and stem no longer than 60mm IMO.

I'm 5'7" and my 456SS is 16" with an inline post and a 60-70mm stem (depends on mood).

You could be my body double if you have a 6 pack and the looks of George Clooney ๐Ÿ™‚
16in is just right for me with a 70mm stem but I've also used 50 and 60mm stems with no probs it's what suits you.
Good thing I find about the 456 is that it still feels right when you lower the seat anything from an inch to five inches whereas my other bikes feel wrong if I don't get the saddle height just right.
