Still here, still training. It all went quiet for a bit but now it's getting going again.
More radio, internet and newpaper stuff.
Louis Garneau red and black cycling jersey has been added to the prize draw.
The logistics are now being put into place. Twitter will be updated during the ride with location and timings etc. so if anybody would like to come out and do a few miles with me, that would be lovely.
