Hello,
Can anyone confirm the seatpost sizes for a 2002 Cinder Cone and a 1997 A'ha?
I'm not where either of the bikes are at the moment and I need to know if the post I've got in the A'ha will fit the Cinder Cone, seeing as some thieving scumbags half-inched two saddles and seatposts whilst on a bike-rack 🙁
02 Cinder Cone will be 27.2mm. Some of the late 90s steel frames were 27.0 (my 96 Cinder Cone was 27.0), but I've run a 27.0 post in my 27.2 Inbred with no problems (if it's too loose then a beer can shim will help).

Yep, still 27.2mm. Only the out of bounds hardtails went to 30.0.
All my bikes are 27.2 - steel HT, Scandium full sus, alu tandem, Ti cross bike and carbon roadie - it's great for switching posts. 🙂
