Right I have messed up.... I got my girlfriends bike and forks powder coated so they match.... But I didn't remove the RockShox Judy bushings....
The Judy bushings are plastic and have melted during curing in the oven... I didn't realise they were plastic (my forks all have metal bushings!!). I have got the melted bushings out but the SRAM manuals say they arent servicable.... Is there an alternate bushing I can use (any old SID ones still available??), or does anyone have any old Judy's with plastic bushing's... They are 2004 Judy TT's 28mm. My girlfriend doesn't need an amazing fork but would just appreciate it if they worked... Thanks Luke
