I love this picture. What lens did you use to make the front wheel look disproportionately big? It has an almost 3-D feel to it, AWESOME.

In the event of a shed fire, this would be first out the door. Best bike I've ever owned.

[IMG] [/IMG]

Also got Cotic Roadrat in singlspeed crosser mode. 1x1 has a different build now. Would post updated photos of them but both are absolutely caked in mud!

Marc, I like your Pace. Nicely retro but not too much so. Don't let my Surly know or she'll get jealous.

Why are singlespeeds so ace? They just look so right.

ds3000 - It's a large. I'm 6.3" and it fits me well with a 10 degree layback.

why do i get an;

Ollys bike MAN

?
good to see some more 456s getting SSed on here.

456SS should have the slot dropouts IMO.
and a 120mm MXcomp instead of my 105mm.

EDIT: 32:18, because a 17t cog is far too expensive for what it is.

Another parts bin special, built from the remains of a 1990 Rockhopper and a Inbred frame off the classifieds. And in praise of the classifieds it all went great - frame as described, P2 forks in perfect nick (although delayed in the post, so got these Spesh ones from the Bike Station in Edinburgh for a fiver), and brake bosses came promptly from another seller. Total cost £73. It's going to be a great commuter - did 60km round the Forth on it today. 39:15 - magic ratio so no tensioner!
