it had long forks and DH tyres on, now as XC wheels, race kings and 100mm forks (as you can see)
rather enjoying it.

toying getting something with trackends for a cleaner look, but tensioner does have the advantage of needing no retensioning of chain and fannying around getting the chainring in the middle of the crank

Yes, bit tall.
Cant think why it was so high in that pic.
I'm at top of 16" frame range. 18" felt bit big. 16" fits nice but means running tall post. 410mm Thomson, still well inside limit & never any issues with bending.
