Off to New York on Tuesday to surprise the other half. Have been a few times before and done the usual tourist stuff. Any recommendations of things to see or do other than the obvious?? Also, are there bike stores in Manhattan worth a visit? You never know, we may accidentally walk passed one.... ๐
Gotham Bikes if its still there.

So it's not just me that does this? ๐ "Oh look, a bike/ski/sailing shop....what a surprise. As we're passing, let's just pop in!"

Hope it's less "interesting" than my last holiday there. Some bloke called Osama decided to knock down the WTC whilst we were stuck underneath it (about 1/4 mile away) in the subway!!!
You could pick up an avalanche fork cartridge for me while you're there if you would be so kind.
