a bacon and sausage bagette at 10am will not be sufficient fuel for a 20 mile ride at 3.30pm
no wonder my legs packed in in the last couple of hilly miles, i think i need to replace what i've cut out on the BBCC diet (biscuits, beer,cake and chocolate) with something to give me the energy all that sugar and fat usually do
roast pork dinner has sorted it though ๐
