Gore ALP X WS...I've got a set and they are braw...nice and thin but warm and windproof...bit more pricey than your price range but give Flying Fox a shout and see if they can do a deal (they generally do).

The Alp X ones have done me right through winter including a few rides in below 0 temps. They are very thin and give great feel for levers and shifters...seriously good gloves...

The Alp X are good, but I did once fall in an icy puddle with them and once soaked through they didn't keep me warm at all. So I ended up buying another pair of waterproof gloves for when things got really wet and icy.
