Please go easy on me.
I've a Garmin Edge 200 and there's a route I want to upload onto the device from the Garmin site.
However, I want to join the route at a point that is not the start of the route. What will happen? (I know I wont die!) Will it just allow me to do the entire route or just take me to the start and no further.
And can I record the route as you would a normal ride?

if your ride to a point you start from it will say 'course found' then you just follow it.. until that point once you have 'started course' it will just say you are off course and how far back to the course..
