Anyone know if raceface 4 bolt chainrings will fit ok onto shimano deore HTII type crank arms ?

cheers snaps - i think i've found some cheap ish rf chainrings so will make do with my crank arms.good luck with the sale of your xt cranks you offered me mate.

They don't last half as long as Middleburn rings, I'm only using them cos they were £6 each in the CRC flood sale!

Seriously then,how much life you think your xt set has left ?
I ride about 250/300 miles per month i reckon.

8, 9, 10 months, depends really - how much mud you get on your chain & how often you lube your chain.
