Hi.

I've just ordered a 2017 Mega 290 Comp and will be upgrading the shock to a Monarch Plus RC3 Debonair?

I weigh 65kg (without kit) had the bike will be used for all sorts of riding in the Peaks, Trail Centres and Enduro events.

What tune should I go for out of the two? (These are the two shocks I've been offered in my budget)
