The best ones, especially in terms of looks are the Raceface 35mm 35mm rise, 800mm Sixc.
The 35mm diameter makes the big rise look like a normal riser - and not like a shopping trolley.
I've actually got a set that I used for a few months, before going lower rise - if you fancy them for a cheaper price than online.
That would require a new stem though. Hmmm. How much are you looking for?

Nope not at all mate.. I posted a link to the Easton Haven 35 bars, but then realised they are 750 wide!! Currently £70 at CRC
Plus you'd need a 35mm stem, which you already have..
