A lot of riders around the Notts and Mansfield area and some from further afield are going to loose a valuable friend. Joy ( the lady with the tea, bacon sandwich and cake refuelling stop) at Theives Wood between Ravenshead and Mansfield is retiring and New Years Day will be her last shift. A lot of us from the area will be going along to say cheerio and wish her the best for her retirement, if your in the vacinity on the first day of of 2009 she will gladly feed you and provide you with hot tea with the usual free tot of whisky. Hope to see a lot of you there.
