Nice - apart from the gear cables as there is enough red elsewhere on the bike ๐Ÿ™‚

You'll probably expect this...but the red cables ruin it. I normally love your bikes - especially the polished Morning Glory!

+1 for red cabling looking shit.
It's a Curtis, doesn,t need overdressing with garish colouring, the frame does the speaking.

So changing the brake hoses to red wouldn't be a popular move then ๐Ÿ˜‰

No, you need white hoses ๐Ÿ˜‰ . I like the red bits. Nothing wrong with a little colour co-ordination to personalize your bike. Looks like a whole lotta fun - love those forks too.

Lose the red cables. Other than that, it's a beauty!

I like the way you've set the tyre logos to the valves, 90 degrees, nice.

Red cable outers spoil the show though, and those grips, WTF were you thinking.

Ken report back on your thoughts when you get out on it - I doubt you will ever see another Curtis like it ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

You did and it was a long time ago. I got it direct from X-Lite and I still remember it fondly. Lovely bit of work.

BTW why are the welds like putty?

It is fillet brazed which reduces the likelyhood of cracking over a welded frame
