Hiya, just wondering if anyone was still waiting for their pre-ordered on one frame to show up. Everyone keeps saying how great theirs looks but mine hasn't turned up yet, am I alone?

click on "show advanced"
enter our order numbers and put your post codes
and you will be able to track your items

Cheers for that alex ... website tells me they couldn't find my address to deliver, shame they didn't bother to ring.
Cheers Alex... apparently mine has now been delivered and signed for by someone I've never heard of!
I bought a red one a couple of years ago and it was dumped in someones front garden 2 streets from mine on a Friday, they found it on a Sunday and came round to my house to tell me. Apparently I had signed for it as well. Complained to On One and got no where. The saddle is rubbish as well.
Love the frame though, still riding it today and no desire to change it.
I got mine delivered yesterday. Only problem (not really a problem) is that I did not pay for delivery and was going to collect it on my way back from Leeds yesterday. T?hat's what I call customer service.
