Funny you should say that...

(I *may* have put the embargo in the wrong place on the calendar. Soon come!)

They look like an old DMR V12 or something, very thick and chunky. Got to be better than the old convex body though, i guess, and the internals were always very well done and durable, which haven't changed.

Everything you need is here... https://www.pinkbike.com/news/first-look-hopes-new-f22-flat-pedal.html

They can't be worse than an F20. I don't know how they managed to build something that looked like a real pedal but had so little grip. If they're good they might take the place of the DMR Vault on my imaginary HB916 build.

Also, what did we do to deserve a new brake lever and a new pedal within 12 months of each other?

I found my f20's to be fine once the pins were switched from those stupid domed pins.
Still use them on the dh bike.
Edit - that is a stupid amount of money for pedals though

is about in line with the rest of the competitors. Plenty are up nearer, and north of, £200 now.

I'd rather have 2 sets of these... https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/dmr-vault-v2-exclusive-flat-mtb-pedal/rp-prod202930

yep £59.99 for dmr vault [£10 off, cLEAR2022 on £75] for me too, got a spare last week.

i liked those wolf tooth pedals till i saw the price, these f22 seem reasonable in comparison

You need spare DMRs... the bearings go in no time at all... mine are the bottom of the "should really be binned but can't bring myself to accept that they're junk" box... and it's beyond me to revive them cheaply.

Pedal prices being over £100 does freak me out though.

V12's but with a Y in the middle, couldn't they come up with something better than that.

So where the F20s actually durable? Horrified by Vault’s seals and internals

And then there's these. Which can be had for 40-45, decent quality and have a grease port!

Funn
