Hi guys,

I'm back on the bike after breaking my shoulder in three places. It's been a while and I've found I've been doing a lot of my riding on my wrists.

I'm 6ft and currently riding a medium chameleon.

Birthday is coming up and I want to start thinking about a second hand frame.

Question is. What would you guys opt for? It's got to be for 26" wheels. I don't have much money so keeping as much from my old bike is going to have to happen.

I live on the South Downs and I'd love to pretend that I'm into doing massive jumps and stuff but the reality is especially after my injuries I'm probably faster going up then down.

I once had a full suss but that was twenty odd years ago. I hated it as the bob annoyed me. I had a comic soul in medium and didn't enjoy that much too but I think it's possibly down to the frames being too small for me...

Can you guys give me any recommendations. I'm a bit out of touch with it all to be honest

Any help would be appreciated.
