Hello all.
Wierd problem on both singular frames - puffin and swift. Same deore brakes - 615, correct adapters for 160 and 180 rotors, but the caliper sits too high and all of the pad doesn't hit the disc - about 3mm just hits air.
Is this anything to worry about or should I put smaller adapters on and pack it with washers?

Are you sure the adaptors ARE correct? I bought cheap aftermarket ones from a certain company - and they gave exactly the issue you describe.

Shimano adapters, correct way up. It's close, but just not quite there. Thinking it might be a singular quirk?
