[Closed] new crank required.. why shouldn't it be Middleburn?

i need to buy a new crank (i say 'need', i think 'want' is possibly more appropriate) and i've been lusting after a middleburn setup for some time now.. so, why shouldn't i? would it be more sensible to just go for XX1, or raceface etc? i mean, just look at this for utter beauty: [img

I had a very early set of XC duo in 2001, when 9 speed had just come put to make 2x9 viable. I was way ahead of the mainstream 🙂
