It isn't a fixie iirc, it is a freewheel/no brakes combo. 🙂
I thought it was a 2010 Mongoose Maurice cromo Fix gear, if you look on his web or search him on vimeo there are other vids he's done on the same bike.
Or has he altered the bike since?
