I have the Sanderson breath and think it's a great bike. Definitely one I will want to ride for years.

Yeah it does look odd
the rear rotor is actually 185 and the front is 160
which doesn't help
maybe time to buy a new set the front is actually 8 years old !!
and been on quite a few bikes, inside piston has now seized but still stops ok ...ish
rear was replaced a couple of years back after the original rear completely seized
all i could get at the time was a cheap 185 of off that ebay
hey better for those big skids.....

Very nice, but what would set it off is a silver seat clamp.
Funnily enough I have a Salsa one knocking around(non QR)
Let me know if your interested.

That's a nice bike. Once again on a STW "look at my new bike" post I am officially jealous.

Enjoy.

BTW are yousuggesting this was your pay off for getting the snip. I was lucky to get a packet of juicy fruit

Hi Bernaard it's a 29.8 size seat clamp came with the black one haven't got round to looking for a replacement
what size is the Salsa and how much are you looking for ?

Quinn Ohhh yes kinda snip pay off just done a bit of man whinging
suggested the steel frame wouldn't be as harsh as the Cove stiffee it replaced
just transferred the parts across but i did feel the need to get new forks ... so not to bad
although dearer than a packet of juicy fruit

That's a lovely bike. Really nice, clean lines, and all the gears you could possibly need.

Interesting photo though, the rear rotor, sprocket and wheel look far bigger than the front??

Perspective does look odd in the photo but this link should help: [url=

Ted Crilly explains perspective.[/url]

That is lovely! I'm really thinking about getting a soloist frame for my ss.

And with regards to the perspective phenomenon, check this one out:

Looks like one of those horrible tyres those Jones contraptions are sometimes seen with.
