The new one, not the original or old BFe 26. What's it like?
Yes, I have one, built up last summer using the parts remaining after my 2008 Zesty disintegrated.
Rides well enough, doesn't get used for anything particularly challenging by me as I have other bikes for that. Having said that it has felt very capable everywhere I have ridden it, Haldon Forest, Swinley and other local spots.
What would you like to know?
I don't know really. I'd had a large G&T last night and fancied a hardtail 😆
The Bfe26 is nice, but whenever I see a Production Privee Shan I can’t help feeling jealous. I think it’s that near straight line from the top tube into the seat stays and amazing paintwork.
Had one before I got the new longshot 27.5.
Best geometry of any 26 inch frame out there and a great ride, but no match for the new longshot.
