Whilst driving to pick up a work-top this morning the driver in front of me accelerates fiercely preparing to overtake the car in front, swerved out suddenly doing about 60 mph and narrowly ( inches ) misses a hi-vis clad cyclist coming the other way. I thought I was going to witness a horrible accident. I have the rev and car details can/ should I report it?

I don't know if will be taken seriously (if 60mph was well over the speed limit it might help that), but I think I would report it. I have heard of police "having a word" in similar situations, and that might prevent a future event with worse outcome.
