Good morning all.

Looking for some guidance if possible please.

One of the family bikes is a 2019 Specialized Levo hardtail. It's been subject to a few upgrades over the standard forks, drivetrain, post, etc.

However, the handlebar controller is not working. I've ordered a new one and plugging it in appears pretty easy. Back-stop is not use it and switch modes at frame switch instead. It's generally always on lowest support mode, so not really a big issue.

However, curious to know which is the folks in NE Scotland folks would go to for trusted diagnosis and repairs? There appear to be a number of shops in and near Aberdeen who sell Specialized, but if I have further issues, prefer to go to the one which is most tooled up in terms of diagnostics and trusted.

Thanks in advance.

There aren’t many left since they chopped the dealer network and moved to direct sales. I’m west of Glasgow and had many years great service from Dales, however they separated from Spesh after close to 20 yrs as a dealer.

I now use Pedal Power in West Calder, who are brilliant, for stuff on my Levo SL and Creo SL, (oh, and I bought a Diverge from them last year too 😁 )

My Levo SL has been back to Edinburgh Bikes in George St Aberdeen a few times.  They seem to do a good job and kept me informed on the state of repairs.

Apolgies for the hijack - any reason for not just going round the corner to Tiso?
