Can anyone reconmend a nice, MTB friendly hotel near to Nant Yr Arian as i going in July with my other half and need somewhere to stay, no shit holes please.

Unless you want to go into Aber' then the George Borrows in one direction or the Druid Inn in the other are your only options really ... we're not really blessed with hotels 😉
6 of us stayed here: http://www.ffynnoncadno.co.uk/index.php. They were great - loadsa coffee on tap, snooker table, garage, friendly, good food. Recommended and good value. Enjoy! Make sure you do the long wilderness loop - a great combo of trail centre and natural riding
We stayed at Ffynnon Cadno - highly recommended also.
There's a nice bothy within pedalling distance. 😆
Looking to stay in Aberistwyth prob. Whats a "bothy".
