i have just buil up my scott spark but i can't get the traclock lever to work,the return on the spring seems to not be strong?any experience on this or videos or pictures or talk throughs of how to actually do this setup as im really struggling,Thanks

Check the screw where the cable is crimped as maybe not tight enough. Or try having the lock-out switch on the full travel position and make sure their is tension on the switch by adjusting the cable stop. Hope this helps.
Take it back from whence it came
They need very careful setting up those Scott shocks.
Head back to the bike shop, it's a job for their trained mechanics. Reasonably simple when you know how but it affects the whole setup of the shock.
