Looks quite nice, I like the bars.

Have you got a retrodirect bike (just out of curiosity)?

Looks fun but I have 2 questions: what is that little cube thingy on the ground, and what's up with your lever? Wouldn't a more bent lever suit mounting there?

That little cube thing. was zeroed on the axle line, but should really have the stem taken off and be measured from the steerer for accurate readouts

The fork is a short-rake short axle to crown trials one to make it handle quicker and the high rise bars are to make up for the lost height.

Put your saddle flat and shorten your chain ( the trek and not that other 'thing' above it )

Chain`s fine just in the wrong gear.... ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Seat and rear mech cable sorted long ago..... ๐Ÿ™„
