from the frankly unacceptable this:

using this (pre filing and smoothing):

much better! (though may now need to be coloured or blackened...)

good bodge.

I used on of [url= http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=17766 ]these[/url] to hold a small bracket on one of my bikes.

yeah i thought of doing something similar, but the angle of the bracket already there meant some sort of extension was the way to go... i "borrowed" a bit of an extension handle that i, er, hope we didn't need for anything!

That's a lot of good bodging to correct a minor aesthetic problem with mudguard lines on an eye-bleedingly revolting abortion of a bike. ๐Ÿ™‚
