Anyone been up to Mugdock in the last few days or week?

I'd imagine it's a large skating rink judging by the rest of Glasgow but I'm praying someone will tell me it's fine!

was up on jan 2nd
many of the main paths were rock hard and icy but progress could still be made slowly and carefully. particularly treacherous were the paths between milngavie and mugdock.

stuff under the trees and singletrack that hadnt been walked on was all suprisingly doable. there is sport to be had as long as you are careful.

BB, was up there 2 days ago. Most of the walker paths far too icy to bother. We called it a day after the mrs fell off twice in 10 mins. Off the beaten track was ok, but wouldn't recommend it without studded tyres! Was round at PP today though, with last nights snow there's a good grip out there, worth a blast before it ices up again.
