Putting my winter bike together with new guards so will have to get some mudflaps.

I've done a few homemades but nothing really worked well, Anyone recommend anything that does the job?

Damp proof course. Lightweight and looks like a part of the mudguard, not a repurposed fairy liquid bottle.

I use Duct Tape.
Its cheap and really easy to shape it into what you need, you'll need to use quite a few layers to get the stiffness you need.
