[Closed] Mtb/Cycle routes South Cornwall region

Heading to Southern Cornwall region near the Fowey Estuary with the missus for 6 days over Easter.
Wondering if anyone can share any scenic routes of the area.
Doesn't have to be singletrack or techy in any way just something that gets us off the busy roads to have a look around.
Most of the sustrans routes seem to be on the road.
I see from my OS maps that there is a path that hugs the southern coast.
Its marked as both a walking path and with Red diamonds (national trail/long distance trail). Is it legal to ride this?
I know Dartmoor is near by but I was looking for something nearer the coast/water.
