MTB Luxembourg?

It's hillier than Belgium, and I know there's good mtb in the Ardennes. But is there any in Luxembourg? It looks like I may have a weekend there in a few weeks and I'm wondering if it's worth taking bikes? Not looking for anything mental, but something like Laggan/Pod Smrkem/Silkeborg would be perfect.

Spent a week there few years ago without a bike it looked good though saw lots of people popping out the woods on CX type bikes.ย

Spent a couple of weeks in the Mullerthal region. Absolutely beautiful place, but the only MTBers I saw were on typically German XC hardtails.

Bit late to the party but there's a lot of XC riding and an occasional sneaky trail. There's a few pump tracks as well but the forest stuff is mostly not particularly technical. I've ridden for the last few years on a gravel bike and not felt particularly pained... just slow.
